These terms apply to Global Edge Compass, operated by Global Edge Coach. By using the assessment or buying a product you accept them.
What the assessment is
Global Edge Compass is a self-assessment and career guidance tool. It gives you a readiness score, a category breakdown and suggested actions based on your own answers. It is guidance, not a guarantee of a job offer, interview or salary outcome.
Paid products
Paid programmes and toolkits are one-time digital purchases in euros. What each product includes is listed on the product before you pay. Access is granted to your account once payment is confirmed by our payment provider.
Job Fit Analysis
Where an analysis includes a human review, the review is only marked as completed once it has actually been carried out. Automated output is labelled as such.
Refunds and support
Digital products are delivered immediately. If something is not working as described, contact jfraga@globaledgecoach.com and we will resolve it or refund the affected purchase.
Your responsibilities
Keep your account details secure, give accurate information in the assessment, and do not resell or redistribute the materials you purchase.
